I-Class 2018: Finding Gold in Agriculture

The annual event of Science and Technology Department, I-Class, was successfully held on Saturday, March 10th 2018 at RK OFAC B11. The theme of I-Class 2018 was about “Finding Gold in Agriculture 101” and involved 115 participants including IAAS and Non-IAAS members.
I-Class was started at 09.00 am and ended at 11.35 am. Firstly, the event was started by the presentation of Aldrian Kuswadi as the first speaker. He presented about his successful product called Hakko Kombucha. Also, he emphasized the privilege of college student and point out to try to widen the network as some of important points for starting our own business. Then, M. Eka Pramudita as the second speaker who has already licensed by Q Arabica grader presented his tremendous Coffee Shop Kemenady. He shared his knowledge about coffee producing process until it is ready to be served to consumer. The key points from M. Eka to make our own business succeed are promotion, money management, system, and share what we have got to other people.

As the closing of this event, Laura Desita as Project Officer and Revita Elfrina Putri as Deputy Local Director of IAAS LC IPB 2017-2018 gave an appreciation for both speakers.
We hope this event will educate and simultaneously create more entrepreneurs from IPB.
